Our customizable BOS-UP programs are delivered by experienced, and professional independent coaches – who have obtained and maintain credentialed authorization from both BOS-UP and Ninety. Furthermore, all of our coaches sign and are beholden to our simple but important 4-page “Letter of Agreement” that defines the terms, conditions, and commitments for being a trusted member of our BOS-coaching community.
All of our coaches receive continuous training, mentorship, and support from BOS-UP and Ninety personnel. They are also active members of our BOS-UP Coaching Solution & Academy – which is our online portal that includes all of our programs, our extensive coaching materials, training resources, blogs, cohorts, and mastermind forums to help our coaches successfully learn, teach, facilitate, implement, and support a customized BOS-UP solution, powered by Ninety – along with complementary business and executive coaching, with an emphasis on leadership, management, teamwork, and accountability.
In addition to our coaches training, knowledge, and qualifications with our BOS-UP programs and the Ninety platform, our coaches also provide various complementary services, programs, and support thanks to their individual experience leading, managing, growing, and scaling successful organizations – and their mastery of other value-add tools, products, services, and solutions.
BOS-UP Coaching Solution & Academy
Coaching Academy
Our Coaching Academy is a technology portal, that contains the portfolio of BOS-UP and Ninety coaching assets, including session decks, facilitation guides, program guidebooks, tools briefs, marketing materials, correspondence templates, and more. In addition, our Coaches Academy also supports ours and our coaches’ peer group cohorts (PGCs), whereby our coaches and our coaches’ clients participate together in mastermind forums, strategic roundtables, and share and discuss ideas, questions, insights, best practices, and more.
Coaching Solution
Our Coaching Solution includes the training, resources, guidance, and support needed to successfully teach, equip, and develop our authorized coaches to confidently represent, coach, facilitate, implement, and optimize a customizable BOS-UP/90 solution as part of their practice, services, and business model.
